Bicester Village is a high-end outlet with over 100 different boutiques this shopping destination attracts customers from all over the world. With its own designated train station, shuttle buses from Bicester North and parking facilities shopping couldn’t be easier.
Oxford’s history dates to the 10th Century and since then the city is famously known for Oxford University. With its spire-lined skyline, a great variety of bars and plenty of museums to visit this town has something for all the family.
Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Winston Churchill is just under a 12 mile drive from Upper Heyford. Sat on 2000 acres of landscaped parklands and formal gardens the Palace offers a chance to explore gilded state rooms and gardening styles throughout the ages.
The M40 Ardley junction less than 5 miles away Upper Heyford provides the perfect rural setting for easy access to London and Birmingham.
The 250 Diamond bus runs through the area Monday – Saturday between Bicester and Oxford
Heyford train station is 3.5 miles away from Upper Heyford and provides train links to Didcot and Bunbury
Bicester North is less than 9 miles away with frequent trains to London Marylebone taking just under an hour. Direct trains can also be caught to Birmingham, Leamington Spa and Banbury.

Client Money Protection (CMP)
We are a member of Client Money Protect (CMP). CMP is a Client Money Protection scheme enabling agents to reassure tenants, landlords, buyers and vendors that their money is safe. Our membership certificate can be downloaded here.
We are proud of our new properties and seek to resolve any issues internally. In the event of a dispute, we subscribe to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) for any dispute resolutions. TPO is a government-approved scheme to provide independent redress in relation to disputes between consumers and property agents.

Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
At the end of your tenancy the deposit is refundable to you once we have received both parties’ written consent for any deductions under the terms of the tenancy agreement. Any deposits we hold are held with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Custodial). TDS is a not-for-profit, government-approved, tenancy deposit protection scheme in England and Wales operated by The Dispute Service Ltd.
